Jennifer Ross leads the legal recruiting program, including the formation and implementation of recruiting strategies, resume screening, and candidate selection. She participates in the interview and offer process and acts as liaison to law schools and career services offices across the country. Jennifer manages firm-wide professional development and training programs for members and associates including leadership and soft skills development, continuing legal education training, marketing skills, and substantive legal programs. She has an innovative approach with over twenty years of experience in recruiting, organizational design, and employee development.
