Lori Oliphant focuses her practice on employee benefits and compensation matters and has extensive and in-depth experience related to these areas. She is well-versed in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) issues and tax implications under the Internal Revenue Code of these arrangements, and often helps companies navigate through and comply with the regulatory requirements of the Act and the Code.
