    Marty Truss is an experienced trial lawyer working principally in the energy industry. Marty is committed to his clients, and has a tough and practical approach to working within commercial litigation.     Marty's clients include oil and gas producers, operators, mineral interest owners, oil field service companies, drilling contractors, pipeline companies, and refiners. He has handled a wide variety of business litigation, arbitration, and complex business disputes in all corners of Texas and across the country. He has represented major and independent producers, operators, other mineral interest owners, and oil field service companies, drilling contractors, pipeline companies, and refiners in a wide variety of business litigation. Marty frequently handles litigation involving disputes concerning mineral title, joint operating agreements, farmout agreements, pipeline agreements, IADC contracts, trade secrets, and business fraud.
