Blaine F. Burgess Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Lexington Office

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Blaine F. Burgess recently joined the Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Litigation Department as an Associate in the firm’s Lexington office.

Burgess has defended clients in personal injury, employment conflicts, commercial disputes, and bad faith claims. As a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he has successfully tried civil jury trials and filed motions for summary judgment in state and federal courts.

Burgess earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and his law degree from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Wyoming.
