Darren Harrington Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Dallas Office

Dallas, TX – Darren S. Harrington has joined the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as a Member. He joins the firm’s Labor and Employment Department. Darren will continue to represent employers in the areas of occupational safety and health (OSHA) matters, employment litigation, and trade secret litigation.

Darren has an extensive background in representing employers in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) matters. In addition to OSHA, he has experience representing companies in trade secret and Fair Labor Standards Act matters, anti-discrimination cases, as well as traditional employment and labor litigation.

Darren earned his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University. Darren also served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
