Gordon Rowe Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Louisville Office

Louisville, KY – Gordon A. Rowe, Jr. has joined the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as Of Counsel. He joins the firm’s Business Department and will focus his practice in the areas of higher education law, bankruptcy, and employment matters.

Rowe’s practice has encompassed a variety of areas, including employment litigation, contract negotiation and litigation, negligence actions, higher education law, and bankruptcy matters. Most recently, Rowe was the General Counsel for the Kentucky Personnel Cabinet. He also served as a federal bankruptcy trustee in the Western District of Kentucky for over 17 years.

Rowe earned his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
