Jacquelyn N. Ha Joins Steptoe & Johnson Louisville Office

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jacquelyn N. Ha to the firm’s Louisville office. She will be part of the firm’s Business Department, focusing her practice on the areas of regulatory and economic development and higher education.

Ha has experience in a range of areas including bankruptcy, corporate, intellectual property, and real estate law. She drafts motions and pleadings, prepares depositions, and assists with all phases of discovery. She is a past intern for Judge Colin H. Lindsay of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and an extern for Kentucky Jefferson Circuit Court Judge McKay Chauvin.  Ha joins Steptoe & Johnson from Seiller Waterman, LLC.

Ha earned her law degree and bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville. As a student at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law she was articles editor for the University of Louisville Law Review, a representative for the student bar association, and research assistant to appellate advocacy law professor James Jones.
