CANONSBURG, Pa. – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce that Joshua C. Hannold has joined the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Department. His practice will focus on mineral title law from the firm’s Southpointe office located in Canonsburg.
Hannold joins Steptoe & Johnson after practicing with several energy-focused firms in the Pittsburgh area. He is experienced in drafting and/or reviewing documents including title opinions, deeds, and oil and gas leases. He has drafted motions as well as conducted legal research in preparation for litigation on a variety of topics. He has also assisted clients with real property tax assessment appeals as well as due diligence in closing on small finance transactions.
Hannold earned his law degree from Duquesne University and his bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
