Renee D. Loya Joins Steptoe & Johnson PLLC

Canonsburg, Pa. – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce that Renee D. Loya has joined the firm’s Southpointe office, located in Canonsburg, Pa. Loya joins the firm’s litigation department and will focus her practice in products liability law.

Loya joins the firm after earning her law degree at The University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Loya volunteered for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She also served as a law clerk for Perantinides & Nolan, Co. L.P.A. in Akron, Ohio, where she drafted motions, performed legal research, and prepared other documents.

Loya is a native of Verona, Pa. and earned her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. She graduated magna cum laude, was a member of the women’s soccer team, and was selected to the Academic All MAC Team in 2014.
