Upcoming Webcast to Focus on Hedging Issues for the Energy Industry

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC will hold a free webinar geared toward investors in the energy sector.  Attorney Daniel Nossa will give a half hour briefing titled “ISDA Agreements: Important Hedging Issues for Energy Companies to Consider in the Current Market Climate.”

Nossa will discuss provisions in ISDA agreements that require close scrutiny, how ISDA agreements relate to a company’s loan agreement and other documentation and will answer frequently asked questions he receives from energy companies. The webcast will be held at noon Eastern on Thursday, April 30.
