Robert Bailey's practice primarily involves commercial litigation, general civil litigation, appellate law, and advising clients and other lawyers concerning difficult questions of legislative and regulatory compliance. Mr. Bailey earned his B.S. in Computer Science with a minor concentration in Mathematics in 1986 from the West Virginia Institute of Technology. He operated his own company providing scientific computer programming services for clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. He has designed electronics devices of various kinds, including communications devices. After a 15-year career as an entrepreneur, he went to law school and earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University in 2000.
