John A. Pallone

Biography

John focuses his practice on business litigation, assisting clients with claims involving fraud, breach of contract, commercial disputes, unlawful employment practices, and business interruption.

His combined JD/MBA gives him a unique ability to bridge the gap between legal theory and real-world business strategy. He evaluates each situation through both a legal and financial lens, ensuring that his advice is not only compliant but also practical and cost-effective.

As a Summer Associate at Steptoe & Johnson, he researched legal issues and drafted various documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, memos, tax assessment appeals, demand letters, proposed orders, briefs, and deposition summaries. He also attended mediations, depositions, trials, and court proceedings. Prior to working at the firm, John worked at the largest crane services provider in the country, where he gained valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of the Office of General Counsel.

In his free time, John is a PIAA certified Football and Lacrosse Official.
