Elena A. Bolonina

Biography

Elena focuses her litigation practice on premises liability, products liability, and non-subscriber cases in state and federal courts, as well as commercial litigation. She has assisted in the representation of Fortune 100 companies throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing motions, complaints, and appellate briefs. She also advises business owners on relevant aspects of litigation related to partnership disputes, protection of trade secrets, copyright, trademark infringement, fiduciary duties, and employee misconduct.

Elena is a Certified Mediator and fully bilingual in English and Russian.
