Biography

For over thirty-five years, Amy Smith has practiced in litigation, concentrating on appellate, business, energy, first party insurance, and class action litigation. Ms. Smith has a broad range of experience at all levels in both state and federal courts. She is the leader of the firm’s Appellate Team.
