Michael T. Logsdon

Biography

Michael Logsdon is a dedicated trial and appellate attorney who has litigated cases at all levels of West Virginia’s judicial system, including arguments before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. He is known for his thorough legal research and advocacy. Clients rely on Michael to bring both courtroom experience and behind-the-scenes insight to each case he handles.

Michael’s experience includes hands-on work in constitutional law, including drafting amicus briefs for federal appellate courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. His experience also includes high-level judicial and policy work focused on justice reform and constitutional rights. Michael combines analytical precision with a commitment to fairness, making him a strong advocate for clients and a thoughtful contributor to the legal community.

In law school, he earned the Sidney J. Stern Scholarship for embodying integrity, intellect, and leadership, competed nationally on the Moot Court Board, and earned the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award.
