Biography
Shane manages global intellectual property portfolios and litigates contentious federal district court and administrative cases in the field of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, advertising, trade secrets, and defamation. Shane also has experience delivering clear and cogent advice on a wide array of commercial agreements, transactions, and policies.
From Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups, Shane has helped clients of all sizes navigate Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, initiate domain name challenges under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), file trademark applications, analyze advertising statements, clear content, and much more.
Formerly a small business owner himself, Shane has a greater appreciation for the unique challenges of running an enterprise as well as the value of delivering practical advice to clients.
