Biography

Colton Parsons is no stranger to hard work. As a former coal miner and owner of multiple business, Colton offers his clients a unique perspective and skillset. Colton has experience in complex civil and commercial litigation. He also has experience representing clients in business transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, and collections. He represents a variety of clients including many of the top employers in the State of West Virginia. Clients depend on Colton to help them succeed in their business enterprises and he is always prepared when clients call for help. Colton enjoys advising other business owners with an ardent but cost-effective approach. He diligently strives to obtain the best possible result for his clients.
