Biography
Blair Bennett grew up in a family where real estate, strategy, and business were topics of conversation at the dinner table. Watching her entrepreneurial family grow their real estate business, Blair knew that she wanted to follow in their footsteps, by becoming a real estate lawyer. In her practice, she helps clients buy, sell, lease, finance, and improve commercial real estate holdings, including mixed-use, unimproved land, commercial properties, and multi-family housing. Blair, known as an honest straight shooter, is the attorney you want on board when something needs to be done both quickly and accurately. Clients benefit from Blair’s background on the business side of real estate and depend on her to advise them on decisions that are right for the short-term and provides them with a long-term strategic advantage.
