DALLAS – Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to announce that Alex Caraveo has been selected as a 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow.
The LCLD Fellows Program provides mid-career and high-potential attorneys with the opportunity to develop leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within the legal profession. During the yearlong program, Caraveo will participate in training sessions and interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations and law firms. Since its inception in 2011, the program has built a reputation for helping to launch participants into leadership positions.
Caraveo is a Member in the firm’s Litigation department where his practice focuses on insurance coverage, indemnity, catastrophic personal injury, product liability, premises liability, first-party commercial and personal lines, and autonomous vehicle litigation.
To be selected as a Fellow, an attorney must have eight to 15 years of professional legal experience, have a history of high performance, and be identified as being on a trajectory toward leadership positions within their firm. Steptoe & Johnson attorneys Monté Williams, Joseph Leonoro, Brooke Kamicker, Kelsey Miller, and Perry Cavender are past LCLD Fellows.
