Evan Conard Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Charleston Office

Charleston, WV – Evan G. Conard has joined the Charleston office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department. He will focus his practice on energy litigation matters.

“I am excited to be joining Steptoe & Johnson,” said Evan Conard. “The firm’s energy litigation practice is well known, and it is a natural fit as I continue my legal practice.”

Evan brings his competitive drive that he hones on the golf course to his clients’ energy and real estate litigation needs. In addition to his experience with litigation matters, Evan has advocated on behalf of clients before the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. He also has a well-rounded background in drafting coal and natural gas agreements, real estate purchase agreements, deeds and easement agreements, and other real estate contracts.

Evan earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Wofford College.
