Steptoe & Johnson Welcomes Seasoned Litigator Karen Kennedy to Growing Collin County Office

DALLAS – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce the arrival of Karen Kennedy as Member to its Litigation Department in the Collin County office.

Kennedy has extensive experience in the courtroom and with alternative dispute resolution defending Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including construction, transportation, and manufacturing in high-exposure cases across Texas. She routinely handles claims relating to product defects, commercial transactions, and premises liability.

Kennedy earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas and her law degree from Baylor University Law School.
