Steptoe & Johnson’s Gillian Flick Elected as President-Elect for Women’s Energy Network

Pittsburgh, PA – Gillian Flick, an attorney in Steptoe & Johnson’s Southpointe office, was recently elected as President-Elect of the global board of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN). As President-Elect Gillian will lead the partnership activities and inquiries for WEN. She will also identify and coordinate new WEN chapters.

Gillian works with oil and gas developers on transactional matters, including title examinations and title opinions, and due diligence for acquisitions. She assists energy clients in the preparation and review of all documents relating to mineral title ownership, including easements, deeds, leases, and other transactional contracts and documents. She also is a member of the firm’s Renewable Energy Team and assists clients with their wind, hydroelectric, and solar operations.

WEN is a global organization of professionals who work across the energy value chain.
