Is it Bill Wilmoth or Perry Mason? From the days when the popular TV show was broadcast, Bill always wanted to become a lawyer. Similar to his on-screen hero, Bill has a passion for defending clients and learning about the ins and outs of their business. Bill’s calm demeanor and practical advice garner him the reputation as a steadfast advocate who protects his clients. He is experienced in defending complex commercial, energy, security, and healthcare cases as well as counseling clients in healthcare compliance audits, healthcare fraud, and white collar criminal investigations.
Bill is the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia. Bill is a member of the firm’s White Collar Crime and Corporate Investigations Team and its ESG Team.
