Biography

Bennett offers comprehensive representation for healthcare providers and entities facing professional liability claims across state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana. His experience spans the entire litigation lifecycle, including appeals in Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit. Bennett has defended a diverse range of clients—from specialized physicians and nurses to long-term care facilities. Bennett’s business practice includes helping clients navigate complex business and construction disputes.

Outside of the firm, Bennett is involved in the American Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. He currently serves as one of Kentucky’s Young Lawyer Delegates to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates.
