Brice P. Phillips

Biography

Brice Phillips is a first-generation attorney who started his career with Steptoe & Johnson. Brice’s practice consists of a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation, including matters involving personal injury, contract disputes, premises liability, banking issues, and construction defects. He handles matters for a variety of National corporations, which has led to extensive experience in the Federal Court system. Brice is driven to help his clients through the difficulties and stress that litigation can bring. Brice works alongside clients in a hands-on approach where they feel seen and heard. In his litigation practice, he is determined to produce the best results for all involved.

  • Obtained a summary judgment dismissal of a premises liability claims in Federal Court
  • Assisted with drafting a successful motion for summary judgment dismissing breach of contract related claims alleging $15 million in damages and sought from an oilfield product supplier
