Jennifer L. Therazin

Biography

Jennifer focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She defends clients on matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and tortious interference, and is known for her clear communication, responsiveness, and transparency in aligning strategies with clients’ business goals.

Jennifer has also represented major insurance companies and commercial clients, handling toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability cases. Earlier in her career, she served as a prosecutor, managing hundreds of cases from indictment through resolution. These experiences sharpened her strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and ability to simplify complex legal issues, giving her a well-rounded perspective that enables her to approach matters with rigor, adaptability, and fairness.

As an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas College of Law, Jennifer mentors future attorneys and fosters professional growth within the legal community. Outside of her practice, she is passionate about contributing to her community through mentorship and service.
