In 2014 the firm opened an office in Louisville, the internationally famous hometown of Muhammad Ali and the home of the Kentucky Derby. In 2025, the office relocated to the heart of downtown Louisville to continue building on its strong foundation in Kentucky.

Several attorneys also support sophisticated commercial transactions, advise higher education institutions as part of Louisville’s growing higher education sector, and serve as bond counsel to approximately 80% of the public school districts in the Commonwealth, as well as various cities and counties.
The firm is involved in the Louisville community by serving on boards and supporting events and fundraisers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Kentucky/West Virginia Chapter, The Louisville Forum, Founder Forward, Greater Louisville Inc., the Fund for the Arts’ NeXt! Ambassador Program, and other various organizations. Additionally, many attorneys provide pro bono work for local charitable organizations, including the Louisville Urban League, and L.O.U. Outreach.
