The Pittsburgh office opened in 2020 as the firm’s third location in Pennsylvania and its 15th nationwide. In 2023, reaffirming the firm’s long‑term commitment to the city, the office was relocated to One PPG Place, which is in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh, adjacent to Market Square, and offers sweeping views of the city and surrounding areas.
The success of the Pittsburgh office continues to be rooted in community engagement. The team has built a respected presence in both the legal and business communities while becoming embedded in the region through charitable involvement and pro bono service. The office supports numerous organizations, including the Stanley M. Marks Blood Cancer Research Fund, the St. Clair Health Foundation, the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Annual Gala, Catholic Charities Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania Society, Food Helpers of Washington County, and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.
The Pittsburgh office actively partakes in Steptoe & Johnson’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, which is an internal firm program that encourages participation in client-centered and charitable initiatives. In addition, the office is active in local and professional groups such as the Trade Institute of Pittsburgh, NAIOP Pittsburgh, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce. It also regularly provides pro bono services to organizations such as the Camp Catanese Foundation, the Eastern Orthodox Committee on Scouting, the Washington Area Humane Society, Always B’ Smiling, and the City Mission.
